MealPacks are pre-ordered meals with 4 oz. of protein & 4 oz. of carbs for women & 6 oz. of protein & 4oz. of carbs for men, all pre-measured & weighted out.

MealPacks must be pre-ordered online on our website only & specific directions will be given to each drop-off location. All MealPacks must be ordered by 11:59 PM on Wednesday & picked on Sundays at Farm Fresh in Perryville, MO from the hours of 1-2PM. If you would like to pick up at our Kiosk in Cape Girardeau, MO on Mondays or another day in the week after pre-ordering online, please inform us. *All deliveries made to Perryville, MO must be orders over $50 to be delivered to Perryville.
