MealPacks for Women will be 4 ounces of protein & 4 ounces of carbs & veggies. We will vary our proteins each week such as Mongolian Beef, Sesame Chicken, Fajita Chicken, Turkey Taco, Fajita Steak, Garlic/Pepper Chicken. Veggies & Carbs will be very similar from week to week. Remember this is about fueling your body strategically (Eat Responsibly) week to week. We use Kosher Meats & super-fresh veggies & carbs.

MealPacks must be pre-ordered online on our website only & specific directions will be given to each drop-off location. All MealPacks must be ordered by 11:59 PM on Wednesday & picked on Sundays at Farm Fresh in Perryville, MO from the hours of 1-2PM. If you would like to pick up at our Kiosk in Cape Girardeau, MO on Mondays or another day in the week after pre-ordering online, please inform us, PLEASE ALLOW FOR 48 HOURS IF PICKUP IS IN CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO.
